These terms apply to everyone who uses SoftHub (softthub.com). By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. What SoftHub is
SoftHub is a directory of business software. Each listing links to the vendor's own website.
SoftHub does not sell software, take payments, or act as an agent or broker between you and any vendor. Any agreement you make with a vendor is between you and that vendor.
2. Accounts
Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Any account can save products and list software. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.
3. Product information
Listings are based on information the vendor publishes or provides. We review listings, but we do not guarantee that prices, features or other details are complete, current or accurate. Check with the vendor before you decide.
4. Vendors and their listings
If you list a product, you confirm that you have the right to publish its name, logo, screenshots and description, and that they are accurate and lawful.
Every new listing and every change is reviewed before it is published. We may decline, edit for format, or remove a listing.
5. Trademarks and removal requests
Product names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and are shown only to describe the product.
If you own a product listed on SoftHub and want it corrected or removed, contact us and we will act on the request.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use bots or scripts to create accounts or submit forms, overload the service, bypass its security, or publish unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
7. Liability
SoftHub is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a listing or for the products and services of vendors.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version date above changes with each update, and we will ask for your agreement again when a change is significant.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
